Workout of the Day (WOD)?

"WOD" is our "Workout of the Day"

At Fit Zone, our daily workouts or "WODS" are programmed based on the core CrossFit principles. Each workout is designed to include constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. Each workout is designed to be easily scaled and modified to accommodate athletes of ALL FITNESS LEVELS.

What does this mean to you?

You don't have to worry about programming - we do it all for you. We know what you need to do and what you need to eat in order to get fit. The workouts change every single day so they never get boring. You just have to show up and do it. It's that simple.

You don't have to be in the gym 6 days a week. Our program is designed for you to work your entire body to it's absolute maximum capability 3 or 4 days a week. We strongly discourage overtraining, and firmly believe that the best strength adaptations occur during 24-48 hour recovery/rest periods. If you are participating in our program as prescribed, we know you will experience maximum results in a shorter period of time than you are probably used to!

Our workouts are short - most of them under 30 minutes. This means you have no right to use "no time" as an excuse not to workout. We run a strict schedule and guarantee to have you in and out of class within the hour. We also have a changing/shower facility on site so you can go straight to work after class!

You can easily track your progress. All of our workouts are easily measurable and repeatable. We often administer "Benchmark" workouts so that you can gauge your progress on a regular basis. We also encourage you to record your Daily Scores using an easy online tracking program or your own personal log book to monitor your progress.
